For the first time in years we ventured north-east, took the train to Stockholm, to meet up with a few friends and see a bit of the city.


Happy reunion with Hanoian friends Elizabeth och Rebecka.

Stockholm (possibly whole Sweden)  trip highlight. Phở (Vietnamese noodle soup) for breakfast.

Hanging out on a crowded beach in Södermalm, central Stockholm

With Jon, everything is walking distance. Visiting family Calero-Bergeå in Vällingby.

Hot dog at Stockholm Central Station, waiting for the train to take us back "home" to the West Coast. Definitely a great trip, will try to be back next year!

Because actually, we didn't really see a lot and this is about as close to any city sightseeing we made it.
